Registration Fee covers access to the scientific sessions, the industry exhibits and the congress documents (Programme Book, Certificate of Attendance, Congress Bag and Badge).

Beside registration fee, it is mandatory to buy the outside participants congress package for those participants who are not using our Accommodation Packages. The outside participant package includes entrance to the congress venue (for company representatives it excludes scientific programme), daily coffee breaks, lunches and opening cocktail.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Until 31st November 2011, 100% of the payment will be refunded, however an administration fee of 50 € will be charged for the service
From 1st December 2011 - 15th February 2012, 70% of the payment will be refunded
From 16th February 2012 - 9th April 2012, 30% of payment will be refunded
On and after 10th of April, no refund will be made

EXTENDED STAY
You may extend your stay at the conference hotels up to three nights under the special congress rate. Extended stay may be in the form of two categories: bed and breakfast or half board (breakfast and dinner) per night.
If you have an accompanying person, extended stay may only be reserved for the both of you.
